3y AFTER: Extracorporeal septoplasty, with replacement end on end, with septal cartilage graft overlying the junction on the R side at the dorsum as well as a reinforcing graft placed on the L to straighten out the replacement graft. L medial osteotomy and L lateral osteotomy to medialize the L nasal bone. Right lateral osteotomy and right medial osteotomy to lateralize the right nasal bone, with ethmoid bone wedge placed in medial osteotomy site. Columellar strut. Crushed cartilage placed over right ULC to the dorsum.
