3y AFTER rhinoplasty: Extracorporeal septoplasty, with replacement end on end, cartilage graft overlying the junction on the R side at the dorsum as well as a reinforcing graft placed on the L to straighten out the replacement graft. Osteotomies, with ethmoid bone wedge placed in R medial osteotomy site. Columellar strut. Crushed cartilage over R ULC to the dorsum.
